MALVI PARIS issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
Quickly and easily return your item(s) through our Returns Portal! Returns portal is open to all customers.
We get it, not everything works out perfectly. If it did, we would all be proud. But we get it, you want your money back and we want you to be happy with your experience. Returns can be made within 7 days from the date you've received all your items.
We ship worldwide. We provide FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over €75|£65|$95|$110CAD, after all discounts applied, in most countries or regions.
*Important: We are ZERO-tolerance to fraudulent orders. Any intentional or malicious immorality would be reported to local police. And this matter will be escalated to our debt collection department, as we take it very seriously.
1) Exceptions:
Kindly note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses and non-continental Europe (islands and territories affiliated with the European countries) because our carrier can't ensure safe delivery to those addresses and there's nothing worse than a lost package. Besides, please put your address with details on the street number/building number if you have one.
2) Customs Duties:
All orders are already covered and paid for, so there’s no need to worry.
We take care of all customs duties and taxes for shipments from our warehouses. This means you won’t need to pay any additional fees when your parcel arrives at its destination country.
Please note, however, that customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and ensuring parcels are accepted upon delivery. Should a parcel be refused or returned, customers will be liable for any return shipment costs and handling fees.

3) Receiving Time:
For in-stock products, your receiving time will contain 1-5 business days of order processing time plus the shipping time listed at checkout. For pre-order products, your receiving time will be calculated from the estimated shipping date plus the shipping time listed on the product page. Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, the shipping date might vary based on the estimated shipping date of pre-order products.

- In most cases, your refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Full Refund/return options are offered based on your payment method. These can vary depending on whether you paid fully or partially with gift card and/or store credit.
- The refund summary is calculated based on both your payment method and return option.
- After your refund/return request has been processed and returned to our warehouse, please expect up to 7 days for the refund to hit your bank account. Like always, we stand on the side of overcommunicating when it comes to the important things so we will send you an email once your return package has been received and your refund is on the way to your bank account. If you haven't received an email from us within 28 days please contact us.
Can I exchange items?
We do offer exchanges but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our online returns portal and repurchasing any available item(s) on our site.
Additional information on our Online Return Policy?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached and returned in their original packaging.
- We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
- All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Return drop-offs are not accepted at our DC or corporate office.
